Somebody's hungry! I would say 45 minutes, tops. After that it becomes rediculous.

It depends on the situation. 45 min. is long enough if you're taking it out of the freezer and cooking it at home. If you're eating out and it's fresh made, about 20 min is long enough, but if they're busy, no more than 90 min. If you called ahead and paid, 10 to 15 min is long enough unless you live right above the pizzeria.

1 hour, definately no longer. After fourty five min, I useually call just to check on the status.
