You can find all kinds of low fat foods now, just be careful just because it is low fat does not mean it is low cal also. Read labels. For snack food popcorn, get the low fat, I get fat free hot fudge sauce, frozen yogurt, or light ice cream, pineapple, or what ever you like, and top it with All Bran Buds, or Grapenuts cereal, just watch your portion size. Good low sugar, high fiber cereals are good for snacking on, A new one called Healthy Valley is real good. If you start measuring your food out in certain size bowls and plates, in a couple weeks you can tell without having to do that anymore, but it is worth the hassle in the long run.

Quaker makes these really nummy corn-disc thingys, called "Quakes" I belive. Theyre fluffy and crunchy at the same time. The nacho cheese one is really good.
Fat free sour cream mixed with powdered ranch dip mix is way better (and usually cheaper) than the tubs-o-dip. Enjoy that with baked potato chips, or reduced fat wheat crackers.
I know you said no fruit, but try melting some semi-sweet chocolate morsels in your microwave, and half-dip strawberries into it while its hot. Let them cool in the fridge...on parchment paper or a baking sheet... and you have a healthy fruit snack with a little bit of the good stuff on em.
