Tell it to her directly that u dont love her den if she continue to do it then heres an option
ask one of your friend(girl) to help u
pretend that u have relationship in front of the the girl that loves u
She will be jealouse bout it so try it

just tell her that your amazing and everything but your heart belongs to someone else so if you did go out with her you would just hurt her and that you don't roll that way and then if she doesn't lay off just say god u ******* ***** i was trying to be nice before but ur fugly thats ******* and ugly together and then say that what would we even talk about ur dumb just go away

Sit her down and let her know that you donj't feel the same things for her that she feels for you if that doesn't work I hear you can get restraining orders for crazy people.

If you don't want to hurt her feelings just do things that you know will turn her off so that she eventually turns you down and then you won't feel guilty.
