My hair is long and I workout everyday and I end up having to straighten it everyday. This takes alot of time. I heard I could use dry shampoo, but I don't know. How can I keep it straight after a workout without it curling up again???? PLZ HELP

If you sweat when you workout, there is no way to keep your hair perfectly straight, and not showering after is rather gross.

Rather than wasting so much time straightening your hair everyday, why not just wear it curly? It takes much less time to style, and your hair will be much healthier.

what about wearing a scull cap or an under-armor cap. this would keep it flat even while you are sweating. when you take it off you could just run your brush through with a quick blow dry.

do what we call in my country a "rollete" mainly wrap yuor hair around your head (yes your hair) and hold it down with bobby pins as you are wrapping it around your head...it works very well..you can also do it befoe going to bed

put it up in a ponytail or messy bun..then it will stay out of your face...and your back where its sweaty....and if that doesnt work wrap your hair like in a scarf or something....
