Jesus was called the Nazarene because He was from Nazareth. He had never taken the "Nazarite vow" of never cutting hair. Chances are He did cut his hair yet keep the hair at the temple long because of His orthodoxy. Yet as I was not there I cannot say with assurity.

I tried to convince him to cut most of it off, but he wasn't having it! So I just cut a couple of inches off. He really liked the style I did too!

well if his hair really was as long as it is portrayed, and assuming he didn't have some bizarre genetic disorder where his hair grew really slowly, then yes i believe he did cut his hair.

Of course he cut his hair it would have been down to his feet if he hadn't. He was in his 30's when he died.

honestly now, there are NO accounts of what he looked like for sure. the Bible says he was average looking.
He probably did, but not very often.
