Be careful. Exercise helps purify the body, but in order to recover from what you have done exercise could cause a heart attack at this point. Talk to a doctor to purify yourself in a healthy fashion.

nope. your liver does that. my advice- quit messing up your life and stop taking them. you'll regret taking them someday- and you probably know that. big waste of money anyway.
