Well that's a great question considering the fact that we've all been to heaven and back and know what the weather is like there. Everyone knows its partly cloudy with a 100% chance of bullshit ^_^

The weather in heaven will be what your perception of paradise is. It is different for all, if a tropical climate is what you desire, than that is what heaven will be for, for you.

I've heard a lot of people say that If there is Good, there must be Evil, and if there is Heaven, there must be Hell. Duality, you know.
So if Hell is Fire, then Heaven is Ice.
