Hi! Advil is ibuprofen and 6 pills can be many amounts from 1200mg:s to 4800mg depending on the strength of the pills. Over 6 grams (=6000 mgs) gives a recommendation for kidney function follow-up.some have tolerated 20-40grams without adverse effects, some get symptoms from 3-4 grams. So find out how much she has taken, probably needs to be checked in an ER -and was 6 Advils the only thing she took? this is critical in all drug overdosages: what was actually taken, when was taken -what else.alcohol, food -and if these, when? has she vomited, had diarrhea, voided? Had any other symptoms? So get the facts. After the acute situation has been dealt with, the other question is: why did she take them? often that question is forgotten, but it would be neeed to look into and thoroughly dealt with, so this will not be repeated.
All the best

Well the dose she took is three times the amount but then again it's not the whole bottle either. She will probably get her stomach pumped with charcoal. Falling alseep I'm not sure if that could cause comotose. I think there would need to be an even larger quantity. Her stomach is probably bleeding. Yes make sure she gets to a hospital. Plus she took 6 pills yes that is a lot to take at once but that is also the daily consumption too. (No more than 6 a day)

Six advils likely will not kill her (depending on her weight) - but if she took tylenol yes it could.
You did the right thing calling her parents.
You could also have called 911.

If Advil Pm is what she took, then she'll probably just be tired and then pretty sick. She'll probably be o.k., but I'd still call her parents right away.
