hey well u see i have had glasses for about 2 yrs and this weekend i am getting new ones because my eyes changed i am also getting contacts ..
ok 1st question: on a scale from one to ten ten being very painful ..how painful is the drops they squirt into ur eyes ?(i dont remember)
2nd question: are contacts annoying? do they hurt?

Drops are not painful at all..if you are referring to dilating your eyes..they do have new technology now and a machine can measure your eye by taking a picture of your eye. I just had mine done last weekend. Most eye doctors belief it is more reliable than the drops for dialation. Ask your doctor if he has this machine in his/her office.
Contacts have their issues. I don't prefer them because i worry about eye infections. Glasses are so much apart of style now adays..its really not a hardship anymore to have a glasses. Its really up to you on if your preference

I have contacts and the drops are not painful. Also, your contacts should never hurt. If they do, it means you haven't cleaned them properly or have been wearing them too long. Just remember to NEVER sleep in them. I did it more than once and I ended up with a nasty eye infection.

I don't remember the eye drops hurting my eyes. I only felt a light burning sensation. As far as contacts, if u have them on correctly and if you use the rewetning eye drops when needed you won't feel them at all.

drops, id say 1 or 2, not painful just uncomfortable.
contacts are only annoying if they arent the right kind for your eyes. i had acuview (or whatever) and my eyes were SOOO irritated. i switched to the acuview with the hyrdaclear and it helped so much! of course the hydraclear are like $40 per box which is extra expensive, but you deal. and its better than glasses. good luck!!

#1: drops? a 1.
#2: if they're fitted and measured correctly, you shouldn't know the contacts are there at ALL. If they hurt, you need to tell your eye doc.

the drops make your eyes numb .. not really painful... just a little annoying ..like you have been crying alot or something
and i never had a problem with contacts as long as they are kept moist they are pretty comfy ... :)

no the drops don't hurt. contacts can be annoying if you get deposits on them or if they get dry
