I like this guy that lives next door to me and we are just friends and I want us to be more than that. He knows everyone of my secrets except that I like him. How and when should I ask him out or should I wait for him to come to me?

Since u guys are friends...ask him out for a movie or something. Cuz, you don't wanna go for a movie alone. Or you could ask him for his email address & u guys could chat online. It's much easier to communicate in that way.

You've got to move from pal to girlfriend. It's hard to do that. So get a girl as a friend. Make sure you always smell good and look nice and let nature take its course. If he likes you and he's not incredibly shy you'll probably get a hit.

that the problem of girls u wait the guys to come to u and talk why u dont talk to them why u dont said I like u and u want to be more than friends... he wont eatin u if he dont want tell him that u just trying to tees him and cry in ur home :P
