Jesus is a name for God, like Allah or Jehovah or Yahweh or any other name for God.

People put way too much emphasis on language. In spite of what some religions teach, Judaism and Islam in specific, God speaks every language and most importantly the language of a persons heart.

God does not care what name people use, as long as it is used in love and respect. God knows who loves him and who is doing lip service or just pretending.

Because christians don´t care about the true that Jesus is a god but is not Jehovah the Almighty god because no matter you show in their own bible that Jesus told his father is superior to him not only in earth but in heaven that every time the apostles talk about God separate from Jesus so they didnót believe they were the same person, and the 80 verse in the bible that prove that Jesus was created by God and is his first angel, and you explain that the original greek text the word god was written in capitalized and small letter and you can see in greek bible they don´t care the think because they repeat a lie it will become a truth but people are ralizing what they really are, just remember Ted Haggard´s Hypocrisy and how we saw in TV in friends of God how a lovely pastor was a liar.

For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son, that who so ever believeth in him shall not parish, but have eternal life. John 3:16 The thing about modern Christianity is that some twist the words of the bible. Some verse's use symbolism, and others are pretty straight forward. There is not one verse in the bible that says Jesus is God but many that say he is the son. Jesus taught the disciples how to pray to God in the book of Mathew. Our Father who art in heaven. Jesus also says he will sit at the right hand of God. Why would Jesus make that statement if he would be sitting at his own right hand? That doesn't make since now does it. Sometime you have to use logic. Also when Jesus was dying on the cross he asked his father, Why have you forsaken me. Jesus was in the same room with the disciples when the Holy Spirit came into them and some would speak in tongues while the others could interpret it. God is the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end. He says in the ten commandments not to put any other God before him. I believe a lot of Christians have forgotten this. My reasoning for that statement is because they seem to put more emphasis on Jesus than God. Putting Jesus before God. Not saying that Jesus is any less because God gave him the keys to hell and heaven. Put him in charge of our Judgement. Part of the salvation is believing that God sent his son to die for our sins, the other part is our acts. You cant believe in Jesus then continue to run to sin and expect a place for you in heaven. Doesnt work that way. We are not pure enough to even be in the presence of God. God had a plan to save human life he wasnt ready to give up on us just yet. He sent Jesus to teach us this and how to reach salvation so that he may clean us from our sins so we can be in the presence of the father. Jesus says that the only way to the father is through him. See God asked Abraham To sacrifice his first Son. Of course Abraham was hurt that God would ask this of him, but Abraham trusted and loved God so much he was gonna do as God asked. Abraham bonded his son and put him on the alter. Right before Abraham brought the knife crashing down on his son, God stopped him. God was testing Abraham's loyalty and faith. Perhaps God had it in his plan all along to send Jesus as a sacrifice. I think God was curious to see if a man would be willing to make such a sacrifice for him. Pick up your bible and read it, pray to God for understanding. You can't have knowledge without understanding. Remember

That is because Jesus is God in the flesh, Read John 1:1-5. we are monotheistic, we worship God but he has manifested Himself in three persons. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Christians believe in the HOLY TRINITY. God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit. Jesus in the embodiment of the Holy Trinity. Pray to Jesus, you reach God. He is not put above God. That is your misinterpretation.

Theoretically, all "christians" love "god". yet there is a lot of variables in there. some church homes evaluate Jesus to be God (as in one 0.33 thereof, they're Trinitarian), some evaluate Jesus because of fact the "son of God", they do no longer settle for the Trinity, and that i've got an area radio station that does 5 hours of church centers on Sunday morning, commonly black and Baptist, the place you may flow the excellent 5 hours with out listening to the be conscious God, that's all "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!". final question, i individually doubt Jesus needs the worship, he constantly deferred to the daddy and might desire to no longer even evaluate himself to be "God". The Trinity doctrine wasn't invented till some 3 hundred years after his dying. The Holy Spirit IS spirit, so as that they are not seen, and that they did no longer leave their very own holy e book at the back of, so there is not any possibility to combat over any doctrine. uninteresting and invisible, no ask your self they get no admire. reward on your journey!

Jesus is God. He was here in a human form. He is the word that became flesh. Father, Son and the Holy Spirit is one God. : )

John 5:18 - Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.

Philippians 2:6 - Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
