anywhere that is not your apical pulse (aka heart beat at your heart). radial pulse (wrist), femoral (groin) popliteal(behind your knee) doral pedis (on top of your foot) and posteriod tibialis(behind your inside ankles) corotid pulse (your neck) doesnt really count as peripheral.
