examples include when you are showing her something on the computer at work and she grabs the mouse when you are still holding it but allows her fingers to touch yours - normally says sorry afterward but it seems intentional

Depending on body language and circumstances i would say yeah flirting.... also if it happens a lot then yeah good indication of interest

i think it depends on the girl. a lot of friends i have are always touching guys, thats just the way they are. they always hug their guy friends. and me? well i'm not a touchy/huggy person so me and my guy friends just have handshakes. so if my friends were to touch a guys hand like that it wouldn't mean anything cuz they do it to everybody. but it she's a girl like me and she doesn't touch people like that very often, then maybe she's implying something..... so what kind of girl is she?

If it keeps happening..... she is flirting.
If she puts a hand on your shoulder...Flirting! Unless she touches everyone, then she is just one of those touchy/feely kind of people. Ask her out for lunch or coffee and see what happens

Every women knows what she is doing when it comes to flirting no matter how innocent it may seem. Of course it is intentional.

it depends on the women, but i personally can say that i do that a lot. any physical contact, even if its small, in the early stages of a relationship, is usually very careful & intentional...

it could mean that she likes you and that was a way of getting closer to you. alot of times some girls use it as a trick to see how would respond so if you seemed comfortable with the gesture then she would think that you like her.

hands dont just touch if she touched it was intensionally,some flirt some dont....it depends how people think of flirting and friendly affection.
