Ok I can not live without this guy, I mean really he understands me no way any other one does, however he loves my best friend! if you have been through this or just have advice please help!

If your in high school, relationships with the opposite sex come and go quicker than most Hollywood marriages. Don't fret, the hurt passes much quicker in younger people. If your older and you had REALLY strong feelings for this guy like, you saw getting married in the future, I'm sorry been there and it sucks. Find a new boy toy as rebound and fast. You don't have need to be sleezy and go after the first or everything you see but have fun and just that. The heart will mend. Did you ex and friend hook up, if so dump her too. She's not much of a friend and you don't need her and if she does it once, she'll do it again...think Angelina Jolie the ultimate repeat offender in homewrecking.

Sweetie, this has happened to me once in my lifetime. The guy was a real sensitive person, but sometimes feelings change. His might change for your friend also.
Things change. People change. Feelings change.
Always follow your heart, and be true to yourself. If you know this relationship could end badly do what you feel is right. Also try not to be angry with your friend she cannot help his liking her, unless she has been flirting in that case its TOTALLY her fault! well i hope it works out well for you.

You cant force someone to love you. If you really love this person, you want to see them happy, no matter who they're with. If its meant to be, you can separate from him and yall will be back together maybe even YEARS down the road. Work on loving yourself for now, then when, or if, the time comes, youll be together.

i kno wat this feels like and i kno it hurtz my heart was completely brokeen when this happened to me and i just picked up the broken peices and put my heart back and moved on and im not gonna lie it was a hard and long process it hurt but i realized that i wasnt gonna make him love me there was just no way and im not sure if maybe one day i might find someone even better than him so maybe you should just try to keep on living life cuz sometimes u just have to let go

just because he understands you very well doesnt mean hes meant for you because would you be able to sacrifice a friend for him think about it would you want your friends to be envious of you be carefull thats a very perilous road you are going through there are lots of fish in the sea

"understands me no way any other one does" doesn't sound that special...theres bound to be more people who will understand you.
You could try and just make it a strong friendship, no dating
Or find ways to distract yourself, ie. competitive running etc...
