It probably just makes you drop all your water weight-which is never healthy. It makes you drop pounds without getting rid of fat. So you may think you've lost weight, but you haven't really accomplished anything.

u lose water weight, but not fat.
so really ur not losing the kind of weight youd want to
believe me, ive tried a lot of stuff...but the only thing that really works is exercising a lot and eating less fat/calories.
