Does it matter the way you sleep? like either on the side or do I have to use extra pillows to keep my head elevated? does any one know?

No and I don't know why you would have to. You'll be on enough pain medicine so it won't matter anyways...you'll sleep like a baby.

Did you just have the teeth removed? I can't think why this would even be a question unless you just had the teeth removed and are concerned about bleeding or something.
Once the teeth are gone your mouth may feel strange for a time, but you will get used to it. As for your sleeping position, I can't think of any reason it would be affected one way or the other. Just do what is comfortable for you and don't stress about it.

No, you don't need to sleep with your head elevated. Any way that you're comfortable is fine. I don't believe you'll have any problem sleeping in what ever position is normal for you.

I have been given all 4 of my information teeth pulled a pair of 365 days in the past, and that i in no way heard of wanting to sleep including your head better, nor did my surgeon say something and that i healed positive, and had minimum swelling. i think of youll be positive to sleep including your head many times.
