I have a little bit of allergies, and starting today my throat was hurting and if I cough, my lungs seem to hurt or like..somewhere in my lung-area it hurts. Could this be allergies or am I getting a cold?

Yep. The drainage of phlegm from your sinuses down the back of your throat can be an irritant to the tissues of your throat. My daughter has allergies, and she experiences the same problem.

allergies can cause a sore throat, when our allergies act up you tend to have sinus drainage into your throat, which also causes a cough. You could aslo be getting a cold either way allergy meds should give you some relief.
