Believe it or not we all have guardian angels watching over us, I really have no idea how one would connect with them, but I do know that if in need they are there.

I don't think you can, they are the exclusive messengers of God, they serve Him and you have no avenue to speak to them without God's desiring it ... and I'm sure He'd rather just talk to you Himself :)
