Acid reflux maybe. You need to be checked for ulcers or scar tissue. Maybe at one time you used to eat alot of spice heavy (not exactly spicy) food or drank alot of alchohol. Either way, your stomach isnt holding well to the mixtures of hormones and foods in your stomach. You may need a simple lipotrosy or maybe just time to let you tummy heal with some good ol fashioned scripts (prescriptions).

Well probably the simplest cure i could think of would have to be stop eating. You see if the problem lies only when you eat. Then by not eating you won't have either bloating or gas!!! Plus you will probably save a lot of money!!!

It usually takes a while for the food to get to the "gas" stage
Do you chew a lot of gum ? That causes me gas !

sounds like you need more fiber in your diet. eat a bowl of total cereal, or granola bars or a salad before your meal to help everything digest. good luck
