The health is high and everything but it takes forever! i used torrentsspy or the movie Bring It On and when i checked it after like 5-15 minutes it was at 0.8% whats up with that!?

Well mostly dependent on your Net speed, but can be a port issue if behind a router. Try looking at http://portforward.com/
Also, if its a popular movie there can be many more leachers than there are seeders, causing download speed to drop.

maybe because they have low health ratings??
orr maybe because u have alot of people downloading off of u.
or maybe its ur connection or cpu speed?! :S
