Have you been taking too many Vitamin A supplements? Vitamin A is fat soluble and would produce a reaction such as rashes, bone pain, hair loss, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, scaly skin, blurred vision, fatigue, headaches and liver enlargement !! You only need 4,000 IU(International Units) daily of Vitamin A. Any excess you take will be stored in your body and may eventually produce toxic effects.

So, there you go, your best natural food sources for Vitamin A are: fish liver oil, liver, carrots, dark green and yellow vegies, eggs, milk and dairy products, margarine, and yellow fruits.

PEACE & LIGHT TO YOU

There's no way to diagnose this over the internet. It could be razor burn if you shave your legs, it could be caused by dry skin, it could be insect bites, it could be a rash from an allergic reaction or contact with poison ivy. It could be any number of things. You'll need to see a doctor to get this diagnosed properly.
