I've been taking my children to this same dentist for the last 5 years (they're 7) and they've had 4 cavities each during the past 5 years. Every single filling they've had has had a problom. 2 of my sons teeth has had to be pulled after abcessing and he's needed spacers for those 2 teeth. My daughter has had to have a crown put on one of her and with the other 2, one has abcessed and has to be pulled and the other is being filled a week later. I know most answers will be to get a new dentist, however, the initial cost of doing that is high but we will if we have to. I would just like to know if the dentist is doing something wrong or not.
Can anyone tell me this??
Thanks if you can, thanks anyway if you can't!! :o)

Thanks serindipity for making me feel better after reading Maureens answer. Of course they brush thier teeth!!! They DON'T eat a ton of sweets but they do eat some as most children. I don't allow alot of pop or sugary drinks and always encourage water intake. So Maureen, you're wrong. Sorry...just being honest. :o)
