It may not actually be a pimple. Something that hurts her and causes such intense pain should be seen by a medical professional or at least talk to a nurse or doc before doing anything.

Do you have a doc or clinic that regularly treats your child? If so, they should provide you with a phone number & 24 hour access to an on call doctor.

You could put some body temperature oil in there, usually for the ears you use 'sweet oil' from the pharmacy dept, but you could use extra virgin olive oil or baby oil. The problem with the last two is that if she tends to get pimples, it may cause more problems.
Don't use cold, use warm. it relaxes the whole body, the skin and can allow the pores to open and naturally release any puss. I would shoot for a warm bubble bath, and leave it alone myself.

It may not be a pimple. It maybe a boil. the best thing to do is put a warm washcloth on it. It will be better in 3-5 days. If she wont let you do that, then just let it be and it will eventually break open and drain.

Yikes! I feel for you. If you just leave it alone it should dry up on it's own, but if it is really festered it should be popped to release the pressure. I have a 5 year old with an ingrown toenail right now that she won't let me touch so I feel your pain. Good luck!

You shouldn't touch it. Touching it will just make it hurt more.

There are some topical treatments out there that helps pimples go away faster.

It will go away by itself within a few days.

By the way, "won't let no one" is a grammatical error in the form of a double negative. Don't speak that way around your children. Such errors make you sound dumb.

When shes sleeping fix it.
Or take her to the doctor.
Or Let it sit there and she will get through it.

Ya know, it shouldnt hurt that bad. Probably an ear infection.
Take her to the doctor, thats the best choice.

Maybe try giving her a warm bath and laying down in the water so the water is in her ears, and then when you are drying her ear, do what you need to do. Good luck with the little lamb.

i would leave it alone. it will pop on it's own. just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get too infected but i don't blame her pimples in the ear are so tender. i hate them too. good luck.

Explain to her that if it hurts her that bad, you must get rid of it to help her which involves touching it. If this doesn't help and shes in that much pain take her to the DR. Try messing with it in her sleep!?!

You shouldn't touch it... you're not supposed to pop pimples! Very unhygienic and unhealthy.
