my little brother wont let me do something i want untill i tell him a story and then he'll go play with his little friend.

My son used to love it when i made up stories about his stuffed animals. He liked dogs and they all had made up names. I would sometimes include 2 of them and start it off. I would let him help with the story. They love this. Have fun.
You only have to make it a 5 minute story to get em laughing. Good luck. Have fun. I hope my son does this with his sister when she is older. He's 11 now and his sister is only 1. There will be lots of time for great stories w/ a fun brother, but the time will pass quickly, and he won't ask about stories anymore and you will look back on those stories in a few years and laugh with him. It will be comforting to you too. God bless

tell him your daily routine in shape of a story that there was a fairy princess who used to live with her little brother and than what ever you did on that day or previous day or tell him some imaginary stories such as animals, cars or any thing which he likes more, and at the end of each story tell him the moral of the story as well to make him learn something from it.

Go to the local library--they've got tons. Read him a story.
