I am looking for a site where I can post my images and get feedback from other members. I would also like to give feedback on other photographer's images.

http://photo.net/ is perhaps one of the better forums on the net for photography in terms of the amount of photo professionals that visit and contribute to that site.
As for deviantart this place isn't exactly the best forum in terms of soliciting critical, informative and mature responses to your work. You will most likely receive your typical mother response i.e.,excellent job, great work, I love what you are doing, everything you do is wonderful, keep on going vs. the honest response you get from those who are mature, educated, and critical of artistic merit and integrity and will offer you advice that will help you grow as a photo professional. I suggest whatever forum you go onto look at the type of responses people write, and in fact if you do have any kind of background in the arts, find work that you know isn't so great and look at the responses that person is getting. If there are a lot of responses such as "keep up the good work" or " great job" and you don't see any critical analysis of the work then find another site. Personally I find that most sites, even some of the best ones don't provide a sufficient amount of critical responses.

I really like http://pbase.com ALOT. They have a variety of photographers from ALL over the world of ALL levels. They keep things nice too :-)

I like the "picture a day" option, which really helps keep me motivated.

You can also make the settings so that comments have to be approved, and they have general forums as well.

Pbase is honestly the most positive photo-community which I've found.

I don't like the reviews in betterphoto.com - if they don't like it they don't say anything, but if you have a good "network" and say nice things about other people they all say nice things about one of yours. It just seems very political. I'm still looking for a good one, there used to be this place called digitalcafe or something like that- maybe their website is still up.
