And I really like him, but I dont know if he likes me, he talks to me all the time, and he said he cares about me, but is a crush or friendlyness?!?! And I dont want to ask him because I am scared of rejection.

i think that it is probably a minor crush, start out by dropping little hints like laughing at his jokes and lightly touching his arm when he u do... or hugging him when u see him... b-live me guys think that those r little hints, they r totally slow and don't really take hints well...
For Example : There was this guy, and i kinda liked hm as a friend, and i hung out with hima dn stuff, but i didn't now that he liked liked me, so i would mindlessly flirt with him (@ least that is what my friends said) and i didn't know until that last day of school ... it was ttoally akward when my friends told me like 10 sec. before the last bell, that he liked me... so i avoided him the whole summer break, when i cam eback, he became cute so i started dropping hints, but being the normal slow guy, he didn't get it @ all.... so i just gave up... i mean crushes last a very short time for me nad this was def. nawt an acception

flirt w/ him a little to see if he gets the picture. If he doesn't then just ask him...what would be worse being rejected or losing a potential chance w/ a great guy???

I am going to give you the best advise that my mom, grandma, aunts, cousins etc gave me.....Out of whatever a guys tells you believe 50% IF THAT.

Just tell him you like him. What have you got to loose? Even if he doesn't like you back, having the confidence to just outright say I like you to someone will make you feel so good about yourself!
