Here is some information on causes of pigment on dog noses to fad. Dogs can also get dermatitis on the nose from eating or drinking out of plastic or rubber bowls.

When dogs get older the pigment on the nose starts to fade and eventually disappears. It's just a sign of age nothing more.

dry skin mainly my dog was out in the sun (im from cali and its been in the 80s all week) and her nose got sunburned so when it started pealin her nose had pink spots. u can use aveeno lotion or another non sented lotion on their nose just make sure it has like an oatmeal base to it. i got a lotion from my vet but it was like 80$

No I don't think that's the problem she might be sick or something. She might have parvel or something that could be the case why she not eating....Or your feeding her to many house foods and she don't want her dog food anymore
