You could start out by trying Suave moisturizing conditioner (it comes in a shampoo too). It's very inexpensive. I have ethnic hair and it gets dry and frizzy on the ends. In addition, I use a hair serum. It's clear and has the consistency of syrup. One of my favorite brands is: Special Effects' Curls Up extra strength anti-frizz hair serum. It repair split ends and smooths the entire hair. Just because it says "curls up" doesn't mean it's only for curly hair. If you blow dry, it's good for right after you shampoo. Squeeze a small amount out into your palm and smooth from roots to ends, paying special attention to you ends. Then style as normal. You'll see a huge difference in the texture and softness no matter your hair type.

Try Sleek Look smoothing system #2 moisture masque from matrix. Shampoo towel dry and apply, wrap your hair in a plastic bag and then a towel and leave on for 20 minutes. Do this once a week. Stop hot ironing and excessive chemicals for a while.

use a deep conditioner. neutrogena makes a really nice one. what i use (a bit more expensive) is redken's smooth down butter treat (also a deep cond.) when you use it, wash your hair and condition it like you would normally do, then put on the deep conditioner, put a shower cap or something of the sort on your head and leave it for 30 minutes. then rinse. you probably should do this about once a week

I've used pantene, leaving it in a huge length of time during a bath and being gentle in washing it out. Sometimes the damage just has to be cut off. :(

I have used Aussie's 3 minute miracle & also their leave in spray conditioner. I love it! I also flat iron my hair and i make sure that i use a heat protectant spray. I go to Sally beauty supply and buy it from them. They are very helpful!

Joico's K-pac is AWESOME!!! So is TIGI Dumb Blonde shampoo and conditioner, Also Redkens' Exteme fo Climatress, I think they still make them they were awesome products!! Please be cautious because alot of stuff will just coat your hair with wax to make it feel better. You want something with the right balance of moisture and PROTIEN!!!
