Have you been paying rent? If not, you're not considered a tenant.

Get a job, loser. You don't wait till you have "extra" money to pay rent. It should be the first bill you pay - the #1 priority. You should spend 25 - 30% of your income on rent.

wow. your parents have put up with this for 35 years ?? They deserve an award.

NO, they don't have to give you notice. Put an egg in your shoe and BEAT IT.

Your spelling is atrocious ... they did not brake the law nor did they break the law. Take care of yourself and get an apt.

Unless you have a written lease and rent receipts..
.GET OUT
Parents can legally throw you out when you reach 18...you are not a tenant. You have no LEGAL right to have guests in THEIR HOME
Tenants pay MONTHLY / or weekly RENT..not help when they can...you are a spoiled child even at your age..GROW UP and be responsible for yourself...

Your parents have every right to have you removed from their home. It is THEIRS, not yours. If they ask you to leave, you leave or, as you have learned, the police will remove you.

You are not a minor child. You are and adult and old enough to get your OWN place to live and leave your folks in peace.

I cannot imagine a grown man leeching off his parents. You'd have been out of my house at 21.

You are 35 and you live w/your parents, they are doing you a favor by kicking you out...

OK wow freak, your 43?? That's even worse, thank your parents for kicking you out, then find a job and an apartment!

Did you have a lease if not no eviction notice is required.

Why were you hanging around the house until middle age, were you hoping they would die and you would get the house by possession?

43 living at home. LMAO
They are within their rights. Get your own place and take your friend with you.

They are going to put you out on the street legally.
Deal with it.

it's their house no matter how long you lived there. as the kid you have no legal rights to be there. your name isn't on the title, you don't pay the mortgage, it isn't really your house. it stinks, but your parents are only legally obliged to put a roof over your head until you are 18 and legally considered an adult on your own. what are you doing living at home anyway, at 35 years old? LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
