I always said Regardless, The other day I heard a person saying Irregardles ? Is it American word??

Irregardless is an often used incorrect word. The word is regardless.

Irregardless is actually a double negative. "Ir" means "not." "Less" also means "not." Therefore, regardless is the only correct way to use this word.
