If you don't know what a condom is, then you're probably retarded or you're not old enough to know. Guys put a piece of rubber over their dick to prevent the girl they are having sex with from getting sperm in her and getting pregnant. You don't really need to know this because I can tell that you are to young to even kiss a guy if you have to ask this question!

Condom is worn on the Penis of a man while having sex to avoid Pregnancy in Woman and other disease such as VDI or AIDS which gets spread through sexual intercourse...
It is a plastic or rubber like medium which comes in several brands and sizes...
