why are you asking this?
looks and personality are something to value, but to place value would be to say one is either not good enough (a rating below 10 - perhaps modest, but also discouraging in many aspects for people who have conditions) or perfect (a rating of 10 - arrogant, perhaps frank, and to most it is impossible for perfection to exist)
your "question" is almost a canundrum
