I have put some deep thought into this.

I have my own opinions, please don't be mean or anything. I already know that they don't believe Jesus Christ was our savior, and that our savior will one day come.

But I need to know more before I can make a big decision like this.

Ugh

Blondie-

I didn't bite off anyone elses head because they aren't trying to "scare" me and they aren't going to pray for me.

I'm done with you.

Study Judaism for six months.. Read Jewish literature about conversion.. Study the differences in the movements..

Most important is to study the documentary hypothesis concerning the "new testament", early christianity and read the books by Bart D. Ehrman. These three categories are what were most helpful to me in my conversion process. They helped me shed the paradigms that I had been horse-collared with all my life..

Oh, believe me, you will know a lot more before you are allowed to make such a decision.

Start by talking to a Rabbi.

Unlike converting to many faiths, just suggesting that you might be interested will not be greeted with the assumption that you've finally seen the light and decided, welcome home and now you're in. It will be a very long time before anyone asks if you've made up your mind, and even then, you have to realize that you don't get the final say.

Your first step is to visit your local synagogue and study with the Rabbi. He will be able to give the proper instructions on how to proceed.
If you already believe that Jesus is the Messiah you might have a hard time getting training to convert, but I think it would be wonderful to study Judaism with a Rabbi and as long as you are up front about it, you will be a blessed by the experience. - Good Luck

Pray. They don't believe in Jesus, so why would you even think about going to a church that doesn't believe in Jesus?

Edit: Just trying to help. I'll pray for you. You didn't bite off anyone else's head.
