Well i think you can at least ask if hes interested and if hes not then you know your answer waiting around isnt going to help maybe he doesnt know that your interested in him so he doesnt show interest in you because he doesnt know

no, get 2 know him better. start 2 say things like "that test was reely hard." then move on 2 non-school-related topics l8ter on. then ask him out. u'll have a better chance of him saying yes if u get 2 know him better.

don't ask him out if you think he's not interested! flirt with him and see if there's some reaction, if so, then ask him out
