Can I use egg whites only in a meatloaf instead of the whole eggs?

Yes, do use a quarter cup of them
or
2 of them to sub for 1 egg
way to go!!!
the egg yolks have a ton of cholesterol

Sure. Usually the egg is only there to help hold the meatloaf together. Whites do the job as well as whole eggs.

yes you can the eggs in a meatlaof are strictly to hold it together as a loaf ...without eggs it would fall apart...but yes you can just use the whites to make it....Rosie

instead of using eggs i mix in a cup or so of salsa it keep the meat and bread crumbs together,,, and gives it a little kick,,

put bacon at the bottom and put carrots in that som bithc man that will be soo good bacon on top ketchup man pepper and mashed poytatoes
