Doesn't sound right to me. You don't know the person's actions and way of life.

Anything is possible. I've heard in the old days, people were promised to each other as children and married as adults.

I think the bottom line is how true is he in all other parts of his life?

Finally, without trying to sound crass, I still don't buy the car until I've kicked the tires and drove it around the block! LOL!

I think that's the dumbest thing ever, finding love on the net. Most of them are married already, or a bunch of perverts. I guess their are some success stories, but its still crazy to me. I say no, I wouldn't believe him unless he was in prison for 30 years...lol

Net relationships are not always honest and until you meet in person and spend time together you don't know how the person really is in real life.

tell them to cool it. If they get married they could make a big mistake. They should meet in person and wait at least a year. My friend almost made that mistake.
