ok so this guy.. I liked him a few months ago when I met him... today we were hanging out... he keep stealing my cell phone. we've known eachother for a few months now... just said hi every now and then. anyways.. back to today. In the cafe for lunch.. he keep stealing my phone..then he took the battery out..and then the sim card..and woudlnt' give them back.. he wanted me ot try to take them back..so I did... then he stole my purse and WENT THROUGH IT.. LOL it was kinda funny...lol totally re-aranged my wallet... asked me about EVERYTHING in my wallet... then stole my phone back again... then ran out of the cafe.. I chassed him...and lost him...went back to the cafe... then I tried to make him give it back...but he wouldn't... I got it back maybe 3 times... I had to hold my hand out and try to get him to hand it over but instead he shook my hand one time...it was a fairly long shake too... humm... almost shook my arm off my body antoher time.. LOL then he stole it again... CONTINUED

so then he got it again and I was like..gerrr and found a pink permadent marker in my purse...and started to higlight his hair with pink permadent marker... still didn't bother him...
later today he came to hang with my friends and me in the grass between the dorms in a tent.. all windows were down... and the door was open.. just wanted to keep my rabbit safe..anyways..he finally came over after text spaming eachother on our phones... he came and played with my psp..and stole my PHONE again..then was playign games on phones.. mine died again... and then moved onto his phone to play games..then he was randomly throwing things at boomer! ger... and I'd slap him every time he threw something at boom.. he threw a rope.. a blanket... another rope.. ashley's wallety thing which is not even a wallet.. ger... poor boom..... later he left and texted me asking what was for dinner in the cafe.. I tol dhim and he said he'd be there in a while... continued...

he came and sat next to me at th eend of the table (we ran out of seats)... and stole my phone AGAIN!!! then ran off so I had to chase him yet again!! ger..after poking him in the back a bunch he finally gavei it back..mostly because he decided to leave adn go back to his dorm room...
he hasn't been seen doing these thigns before... I recently cut all my haihr off 6 days ago... maybe he likes it?!... maybe when it was long he didn't notice me..but now he does... we've been chatting online for quite some time now... tonight we have a canasta date online.. LOL we shall see if he show's up.. LOL meh... last time I beat him... I shall do it again! bbooo yaaa or should I loose.. hummmmmmmm

You mentioned dorm, so I'm guessing you're both young college students - like 18 or 19. From your story, it's pretty obvious this guy is flirting (altho in a very childish way) and you, my dear girl, is flirting right back (& don't you deny it!).
And if you're both having fun, carry on...........

Oh girl, of course he likes you! Or else he wouldn't be spending his time trying to wrecklessly flirt with you. I have experience with these kind of guys. Im a proffessional date therapist were I talk to people about their dating choices. I say that you shouldn't cahse him. Make him chase you, you know what im saying? sooo, yes he's flirting. You guys should give ages when asking questions, because as you age , the rules of engagement also changes.
He seems a young guy that doesn't know how to flirt or fears rejection. get a flavored lipstick. Put it on
Ask him to guess what flavor it is, give him a peck.
This will completely remove all barriers. where it goes from there is controlled by the look on your face.

U shuld toldaly dump him he is not flurting with u he is just doin it for atention. Or he is doing it on a bet. Loose the geek and find urself a trust worthy man not a geek who is goin to grow up and become a coach patato. Do what i say and u will be happy.

ok first of all, why does he keep stealing you phone?? pretty funny though. anyway, it's hard to tell if he's flirting or just being a pal. if you ant you could ask some of your friends and tell them how you feel? do you like him or feel attracted to him in anyway? from my point of you, sounds like flirting but he's pissing you off so you wouldnt notice or have a clue about it.
