neck work outs ? or are there any dumbell things i can do like presses.

I know it is best to dodge but some people can land a one punch knock out then god knows what they gonna do to you

I was always told that a strong neck enabled you to take a punch. We worked on neck exercises, like bridging off the ground on your head and feet and then walking your feet around while pivoting on your head. I am not sure it helps too much. I think you either can or can not take a punch. Keep your chin tucked in so they can not hit you on the chin.

the chin is a bone u cant strenghten that
but if you want to toughen up just take hits to the face if you want to do neck workouts the military press is really good

well if you want to take hard hits in the chin the best way is to et hit there repeadedly start soft then work you way up it til it hurts less and less

A "chin" is inherited. You can't change it.
