Take a hot wash cloth (heat in micro) and apply it to the area for a few mins. remove, repeat. Wash face with an acne wash.
Apply vinegar - and or peroxide.
See if that helps.

well just toothpaste was not an option actually u should've tried some acne face wash or some sort of topical solution....to dry those red acne conditions and gettin them into worse situations what i believe here is u need to pay more attention towards ur facial hygeine as it looks ur tryin just about anything to get rid of those...thats right its time to get to a good dermatologist or other wise try neutrogena acne products such as ....neutrogena soap(acne prone formula) and neutrogena oil free face wash.....and see if u get results with them in couple of weeks..!

Use VISENE for red eyes. This will get the red out of the pimple. Not sure where you live or if its available to you in the pharmacies..I hope so, cuz it really works!! I tell my clients who are going to a prom or weddings who wind up with these big pimples the day of to use it and it really works well!
Good Luck!

If you want to reduce the appearance of a red blemish on your skin try using zinc oxide, or in other words, diaper creme. it made to relieve mild skin irritation and redness and it works. Zinc Oxide is proven to reduce redness and help sooth, protect and heal skin thats why we use it in diaper rash creme. So put a little Balmex or other type diaper creme on it before bed and by morning you should see some improvement

BE CAREFULL!!
If you use toothpaste, or other products that irritate your skin, maybe the acne dissapears, but is going to appear Acne Scars,
so to prevent them, don't use very agressive methods against acne.
there is a good article to prevent scars here:
