i was wondering i got it 2day and it was expensive and it would suck if it didnt cuz its so tiny and $18!! i started getting the cold sore this morning and now theres some bubbles. not a lot like regular i think. when will the cold sore go away using abreva?

It is good for herpes, but I find that it doesnt speed healing as much as we would think it does, but it works well at preventing the cold sore from spreading and infecting other cells around your mouth.....and because it cant spread it will heal a little faster but it still has to run its course.

It works very well - BUT if its at the blister stage then nothing is going to work very well and it will take some time for the blisters to heal. The key is to catch it at the tingling stage - before blisters. If you do, you often you never see the blisters and are good to go in a day.
