does religion and god give you a reason to live? would the world be so depressing and meaningless if there was no was no afterlife or a deity "protecting" or "watching over' you? does this deity make you feel "special?" Does that even make a spiritual person doubt the reason for their zeal?

First of all I thank you for not judging us because of what we believe. My beliefs are very different from what many other catholics believe, though. I do not feel the need to give up something that I love for lent, I do not trust bibles or priests, and I do not believe in a hell nor a devil. I believe that people should be able to be whoever they want to be without being judged or discriminated. My answer is yes, I feel that I have much reason. I feel that I have been put here to make a difference in my own special way, as has everyone.

Actually Yes. I would find no point in life. But its not about feeling special. there is SOOO much we do not know. And if life is just what we see, then i rather not live.

not really.... at this moment i believe in god... but i KNOW i might be wrong... i accept that...
so if one day.. i find out that there isnt a god.. well.. i'll accept that too..
