My boyfriend dumped me last night after a solid 16 months, and I feel so awful! Especially after I found out why he dumped me from one of his friends, I feel bad and want to make it up to him by having another chance. I texted him twice today, but he didn't respond. I love him and don't want to be without him, and I want him to know that. Should I call him since he won't reply to my texts? And what should I say and when should I do it? Thank you! <3

what did u do??? but thats not ur question so i'll answer u're question...u dont want to sound desperate so wait at least a day and a half if not more but when u do call him make it sound really casual..then if u have to get serious and if u have to dont talk for a bit and cry on the phone a bit...that breaks a guys heart and he will pity u and maybe ask u out again...but be as strong as u can...but seriously did u cheat or something...thats not good

it might help to know why he dumped you. cause there are some thing s you can make up for and then theres some you cant. 16 months is a long time for a relationship, but if hes not replying to you in all your efforts then i suggest you leave him alone. whatever reason he broke up with you for may have just been an excuse to let you go because he just wanted the relationship to be over. it happens and all you can do is accept it. a relationship only works if two people make it happen; not one.

Depending on what it is that broke you two up, I dont know how to respond to your question as easily. If it was your fault that you two broke up, then yes you should call him if you love him (at least try even if he doesnt answer). When you call apologize and tell him how you feel. Usually it takes a break up and rejection for someone to realize what they have, and it seems like you are the guilty one in this case. If on the other hand its him thats wrong. Dont call, put him on pause and leave him alone completely. If he calls you, then he cares about you alot. If not, then he is not worth your time.

In your texts did you apologise and tell him he is very special to you? If you did, leave it alone for a bit.... if you didnt you gotta do just that. Guys need time to themselves and if you hastle him too much it will turn him off you. Go get busy try not to think about it so you arent tempted to call him and leave it alone. I guarantee he will call you or text you within 3 days...this happend to me.... I left it for a while (after apologising and explaining what happened) no reply so two days later I sent him my goodbye text - cryed like crazy and then surprise surprise, two more days later he replied me and we are trying to work it out... Give him space, its what he needs. Good luck sweety and take it easy on yourself too... im sure there is a lesson in this for the both of you.

my advice would be not to call him or anything; although you love him, he might think that you're desperate and would probably ignore you. Show him that you're too muature for him and that you're over him. maybe he'll come around and see what a loser he was for dumping you. however, if you really really need to talk to him, there's nothing wrong in trying to call him up, just dont be too clingy or emotional; be calm about it and let him know that you still have a place for him in your heart and that you're so kind that you're willing to start from scratch. maybe he'll see what a huge mistake he made.

Well if has been a only like 2 or 1 days then let him call u but if has been a few days then u should and be like hi do u want to hang out or come over and tell him how u feel and u r so sorry for wat u did. But if he ignore u then u will be sad. But u need to remeber there r better and hotter men out there. I realy hope my idvise helped u and i hope every thing works out!!!!!!!

This happened to me about 2 years ago, and I'm SOOO much happier without the jerk.
First of all, STOP TEXTING HIM!! Do NOT talk to him at all! If he talks to you first, respond with the simplest answers possible.
If he loves you, HE'll let you know it. He KNOWS what he's doing by ignoring you.

You're not telling us the reason he broke up with you... I don't know but if he is not responding to your texts then i imagine he is not in the mood to talk to you... Give him some time to cool down and try calling him tomorrow afternoon and take it from there
