Honey, I don't think the internet is the place to be asking this question. I would ask your parents or talk to your friends. There are a lot of crazy people on the internet. Be careful.
I would say, the older you are the better the situation will be.

I would say that you should be at least 17. I can only say that I would impress upon you that the first time can only happen once and that i should be as memorable and wonderful experience as possible because it will stick with you the rest of your life.

There is no requirement and Im not gonna give you that crap about when ever your ready. At least 17-18 and plz be in love, its safer.
