I am a female in high school trying to ask out a guy on my rowing team. He is a grade behind me, very sweet, and ask much older. He knows I like him, and flirts back when I flirt, and I want to ask him out, but I don't want to seem desperate or make him feel awkward. How should I ask him??? This is super important!

Don't ask him. Spend time around him when you aren't rowing and see if he asks you.

great situation...have you ever seen "The Graduate"...you're the sophisticated women here with experience. Hang out with him for a while before you ask him out. Invite him to hangout with your girlfriends. This will show him how clever and witty you are and what a great set of friends you have.

Make it seem like its no big deal. Ask him out like you would a friend to go out for a slice or coffee.
Be chill and it will be ok...but don't let the oportunity pass..you may regret it! You only live once...go for it.

Just ask him. He either is going to say yes or no. Since you are older than him, he is more inclined to say yes. That older woman thing ya know!

You dont have to ask him out actually.
Just polite conversation with him during your rowing and you can find out lots of things.
Where does he go to church? = meet him there sometime
Where does he hang out? = meet him there
Who does he hang out with? = hang out with them too
What does he like to do besides rowing? = Learn it too
Just contrive to have your paths merge more often and nature will take its course.
