No. Their reality would be too gruesome... crucifixion was a spectacle... as was the gladiator battles held by the Romans... the spectator sports of Christ's day or of the years that followed His ascension, like the reign of Nero, would not be acceptable TV.

I think so....after all seeing Jesus ascend into the air and then the disciples speaking in unknown tongues would spark lots of interest as to what was going to happen next.
