Green and white tea are supposed to be really good for you. 5 cups sounds like a lot though. Too much of anything can be bad for you. Try drinking more water.

Yes, it can be harmful to you if you drink too much. Five teabags a day sounds alright.
The United Kingdom Tea Council recommends drinking up to 6 cups a day owing to the caffeine content. Individuals with special conditions should drink even less and take appropriate precautions.

They both are really good for you, but I can't say how much you can actually have per day since everyone is different with the tea. If you want tea, get the lipton tea bags instead of the bottled stuff since the bottled stuff has a lot of additives that the tea bags don't.

Green tea has many benefits for your health, it's well documentated that it's one of the best to drink...Not so sure about the white tea though...

Oh ffs, the ever so careful bunch have been on before me,tea is a high antioxidant,it is really good for you,green tea helps with weight loss but is also full of antioxidants,drink as much as you want.

Dont worry sarah, drinking at abt 5 cups is okay but definitely not "heavy drinking".
Due to the acidic content in tea (or coffee or soft drinks), sometime it might hurt one's stomach (for those with weak stomach).
Try to drink it right and sure it can help you to maintain a healthy body.

green tea is one of best teas out there for you. you can loose weight and i recommend lipton and if u don't like that you can try nestea or something like that but 5 cups a day? umm i'm thinking u should lower it down but that's only my advice
i'm not sure bout white tea cause i've never tried it soo i hope this helps yea
