All people can wear brace if the alignment of the teeth in the arch are not in correct position like yours. You should consult an Orthodontis for your case as soon as possible to minimized the time of having a brace. Because the major concern of an orthodontis is the age and severty of the condition of the teeth. In your case there are problem in the unerpted permanent teeth so the dentist may need to take a panoramic x-ray/complete mouth xray to determine the position and root condition of the unerupted teeth before deciding whether to extract it or used another method that that can pull the unerupted teeth back into the arch and realign your teeth/close the spaced/gaps.

I am no expert, but it sounds like you could get braces to correct your teeth. You should see an orthodontist. Most orthodontists offer free consultations for little to no fee. You should see at least 2 since treatment options and prices may vary. You might have to have extractions. Some orthodontists take every means possible to not do extractions. Thats why you should see more than one orthodontist. I wish you the best of luck.

You can go to an orthodontist ask them. They'll probably have to pull some teeth out before you go through orthodontics.
