Sorry i have to answer this in two parts! My choice of colour, not to do with religion, is turquoise. I have been attracted to this colour all my life. It is the colour of Royalty, communication and protection. As a Spiritualist Medium I would have to pick purple or white as these are the two colours of Spirit.

Pure black for Atheist, I believe that death is the end, an eternal blackness devoid of thought or anything at all. Although I could be wrong, and if some other religion is real, then I'll go to hell. But that'd be better than never existing at all, at least i'd be warm in hell.... (if it exists)

Black. The tortoise, north, yin. More like the Terry Pratchet one, but i'm sure the Ancient sages have a sense of humour :-)

bright snow white.
It is indeed all colours in one.
I would like all colour in one in a purified form: That is Islam.
In islam all colours offer their swalah or prayer side by side, shoulder to shoulder. There is no rich and poor or black or white and so on.
