decide which one is more important to you--the friend or the girl.
if its the girl , go after her, try to win her back.
if its the friend, ignore the girls flirting and go on with your life.

Flirt right back. It doesn't have to lead to anything. I suspect she's just having a little fun by getting you flustered.
