I had my period 3/11-3/15. I started clomid 50 mg 3/13 & finished 3/17. When should I start to ovulate?

Has anyone increased their dosage the following month (if it didn't work the first month)?

It sounds like something you might need to check with your OB/GYN(?) I remember taking it when I was trying to conceive, it seemed to caused a side effect that troubled me and I quit taking it. Every woman's body chemistry is different. Clomid is understood to be recommended for women with trouble ovulating. If that's the case with you, it would most likely help you. Good luck.

5-9 days after you take the last pill ... but get ovulation test, too. I was on clomid and ovulated 11 day after the last pill every time.

Also, think about Femara. Clomid took me 6 months, then 5 more (lost that one) then 4 more unsuccessful months ... then Femara worked the first month I tried it. Fewer side effects, too ...!

Good luck!

You should ovulate within a day or two of finishing the clomid.
